Wetlands Unravelled       1 October 2020- 14 November 2021

Unravelled and WWT London Wetland Centre present Wetlands Unravelled, a programme of contemporary art exploring the paradoxes of conservation in the wetlands environment.

The year long contemporary art programme is woven throughout the lakes, ponds and grasslands of one of the capital’s largest wild wetlands. Curated by Unravelled, the programme unfolds over two seasons with new sculptural, installation, video and textile works by ten artists exploring the paradoxes of conservation within the wetlands environment.

New artworks by Tania Kovats, Anne Deeming, Jonathan Wright, Gavin Osborn,  Alec Stevens, Lizzie Cannon, Claire Barber, Sharon McElroy, Eloise Moody and Caitlin Heffernan are installed across the site. The exhibition is accompanied by a programme of talks, performances and workshops led by curators and artists.
